If you like the basis on which the Widget works, but you would like to use the Widget with your own contracts instead of our templates, we can easily organise that for you.

We will review and health-check the contracts you want to use, and we will then design wizards for each contract in conjunction with you that work as you want them to work. Then we upload your contracts to the system, and you will have access to them 24/7 on an unlimited basis.

The Widget will store copies of each completed contract for you, together with the name of the member of your staff who created the contract. You can also upload and store pdfs of signed contracts on the Widget as a contract archive.

If you wish you can use the Bespoke version of the Widget on an Access & Advice basis, so that your staff can contact us with questions about their contracts.

The cost of the Bespoke service will depend on a number of factors: the number of contract templates you want on the Widget, the complexity of those templates, the number of contracts you create each month, the number of users, and whether you need Access Online access or the Access & Advice access level. There will be an initial fixed charge for reviewing your contracts, creating the wizards and working with you to ensure they work as you want. There will also be an ongoing access and maintenance fee.
