Access to the Widget is by way of monthly subscription charge for each contract set, and the monthly charge for a set depends on the number of contracts in the set.
Each contract set on the Widget has two levels of access. The basic level of access - Access Online - entitles you to access and use your contract set online on a 24/7 basis. The higher level of access - Access & Advice - gives you the benefits of Access Online and also allows you to contact us up to five times a month for advice and questions on using the contracts.
For the Independent Record Label set and for the Independent Music Publisher set, the basic Access Online charge per set is just £100 per month, and the basic Access & Advice charge per set is £250 per month. The basic charge for each of these sets entitles you to prepare up to 10 contracts each month from the set.
For the Periodical Publisher set the basic Access Online charge is just £250 per month, and the basic Access & Advice charge is £500 per month. The basic charge for this set entitles you to prepare up to 20 contracts each month.
If you need to generate more than the stated number of contracts each month the monthly fee will be higher - please contact us and we will discuss your usage with you and agree an appropriate charge with you.
The Bespoke service charge will vary depending on the number of contracts you want on the Widget and the complexity of those contracts. We will make a one-off charge for checking and uploading your contract(s) and creating your wizard(s), and then there is an ongoing access and maintenance charge.
