Sarah is an assistant in the broadcast, technology, music and sport teams. Sarah provides commercial and regulatory advice in relation to content distribution including television broadcasting, music rights, the organisation of and clearances for live sports and music events, intellectual property rights including copyright, trade marks/brands, as well as the operation of a range of media and online services.
Whilst on secondment at the BPI, Sarah advised the BRIT Awards on various matters relating to the staging and broadcasting of a large-scale music event, and dealing with record labels and music publishers. More recently, Sarah spent a year as an in-house Legal Executive on secondment at Universal Music, liaising with Artists and Artists' Management on a day to day basis, advising on a range of issues including the signing of artists, production of records, touring and promotion, as well as the licensing of repertoire.

David is an Assistant in the Broadcast, Technology and Gaming teams specialising in commercial and regulatory transactions for Clients across the television, publishing, technology and gaming sectors.
David's expertise includes advising on all aspects of the development, protection and exploitation of content across a wide range of platforms and media, drafting and negotiating production and broadcast services agreements, celebrity talent contracts and the provision of advice and guidance on advertising, broadcasting and gaming regulations and codes. Recently David has been involved in a number of high profile deals including acting as part of the Wiggin team advising Virgin Media in the negotiation and signature of historic new carriage deals with BSkyB and assisting with the formation and broadcast of a well publicised new gambling channel for a multinational cable broadcaster.

Antonia joined as an assistant in the Broadcast and Music teams October 2010, having completed her training at Lee & Thompson Solicitors. Antonia provides commercial advice in relation to a range of broadcasting issues including, content distribution, intellectual property rights (including privacy and data protection) and technology.
Antonia is experienced in acting for high profile artists in the music industry, such as JLS, Alexandra Burke, Katie Melua and The Noisettes, in recording, publishing, re-mix, management and endorsement deals, as well as advising managers, independent labels and new artists. Antonia also has experience in advising independent film and television production companies, with particular emphasis on the production, including artist agreements, synchronisation licences and composer agreements (for films such as "Street Dance 3D", and the forthcoming "Coriolanus" and "W.E."). Antonia displays a keen interest in music and is an accomplished musician, having played at the Royal Albert Hall and Abbey Road Studio 1.
